Hairy Sheep

Frisch zum ersten oder vierten Kaffee gibt’s das Interview zu unserem heutigen Contest Winner “Hairy sheep” von Siew Han Woo.

What is the history behind the „Hairy sheep“ design?
This “hairy sheep� design was come across my head when I went to visit a sheep farm at my place, which located at down south of my state. At the time I was surprisingly, I saw a sheep which fully covered by its’ wool. It was cute and there comes my inspiration. To create this “hairy sheep�.

Where are you now located? Tell us about your current business and projects.
I’m from Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur), I’m a freelancer. I’ve been tide up with few studio agency.(Local and also overseas)

Well, what would you suggest to a newbie, who just starting his or her career as a designer?
… Work hard and be more creative

Who are your favorite designers and artists around the world? Why?
Frank Miller, the black and white comic of Frank Miller is awesome!!!

What do you think about communities these days?
I think it’s a good way to enhance and also compare among others

Do you work on Mac or PC? Why did you choose this platform?
I work on PC,because it’s more reliable and mostly I found the hard ware was cheaper than MAC

Do you play videogames?
Yes, I’m a fan of PLAYSTATION. Due to my busy day. So I spend most of my free time on my PSP

What are your hobbies?
Listening to music, designing and do not miss my movie

What is THE place on earth you would like to visit?
… I would like to tour around Europe and also japan

How many hours do you work, and what is stress for you?
I work 8-12hrs a day. And I’m stress less. Because my office is my home

Latest movie you liked?
action movies-Terminator the Salvation

What’s your favorite sites? Why?
…I’m wide on this…most of the time I hooked on the net on designing web-site. I love to up date myself

Any plans for the future?
I would like to come out with my own branding. Wish me luck.
